Calgary delivery and pickup

Delivery is available throughout Calgary for a flat fee of $10 CAD, with no minimum order.

Prefer pickup? Please message us before placing your order to arrange pickup within Calgary. We will confirm the pickup location and time directly with you.

Bottled drinks and sets containing bottled drinks or cake are available for Calgary delivery or arranged pickup only. These items are not available for parcel shipping.

Shipping within Canada and the United States

Our hibiscus teas, hibiscus powder, and tea-only collection are available for shipping within Canada and the United States.

Please allow 1–2 business days to prepare your order before dispatch. Shipping charges and available services are shown at checkout. Transit time depends on the destination and service selected and is additional to preparation time. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed; customs processing may add time to US deliveries.

Order updates and support

Once a shipped order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available for the selected service. Please check your address carefully before completing checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a quality concern, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. If an order is delayed or missing, contact us so we can assist.
